Cancellation Policy

Reservations All rentals are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposits are applied toward the final rental balance. Payment We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Sales tax (6%) and a 3% card processing fee apply to all card payments. Payment in full is due before pickup of the trailer. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded (minus any non-refundable deposit). Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Urquhart Trailer Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to weather, safety, or maintenance issues. Pickup & Return Trailers must be picked up and returned at the scheduled times. Late returns may result in additional fees. All equipment (straps, dollies, etc.) must be returned in the same condition as issued. A cleaning or damage fee may be applied if trailers are returned excessively dirty or damaged. Driver Responsibility The renter is responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets towing requirements (correct ball size, hitch rating, and electrical connection). The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer and all included accessories while in possession.
