By renting from Urquhart Trailer Rentals, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a rental agreement. These Terms apply to all website visitors, renters, and customers.

2. Trailer Rentals

  • Rentals are available by appointment only and subject to availability.

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for all rentals.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer and equipment during the rental period.

  • Trailers must be towed safely and used only for lawful purposes.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Rental payments, deposits, and taxes are due before or at pickup.

  • Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted. Card payments include applicable processing fees.

  • Late returns are subject to additional charges.

  • The renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or theft that occur during the rental period.

  • Sales tax (6%) applies to all rentals.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after approval.

5. Liability and Safety

  • Urquhart Trailer Rentals is not liable for personal injury, towing damage, accidents, or property loss during the rental period.

  • The renter must ensure the tow vehicle is rated and equipped for the trailer’s weight.

  • Safety chains, straps, and tie-downs must be used correctly at all times.

  • The renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal towing laws.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website responsibly. Do not post false information, misuse booking forms, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, designs, and text on this website are the property of Urquhart Trailer Rentals and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy
